My Offerings
Shine With Confidence
You experience being overlooked constantly. You don’t feel heard or seen when offering professional opinions which makes you question your skills and abilities. Overcome these limitations to move forward towards self-acceptance, and showcase your skills with confidence that acknowledges your contribution to your workplace.
Path To Fulfillment
The consequences of feeling marginalized at work are a heavy burden to bear leaving you dispirited about yourself. You want to be treated with respect, be in control of your time, and convey your ideas with communication skills that will help you accomplish your goals.
Manifest Professional Power
When your expertise is not recognized, you become stagnant with no perceived prospects of promotion that you know you deserve. Enable your capabilities, utilize them completely, and optimize them strategically to align yourself with the power needed to achieve your professional growth with unapologetic confidence.
About Me

Hi!
The short winter days punctuated my mind with visions of escaping what seemed like an entrapment in a sinkhole that shifted with every movement made. That sinkhole was a role that drained vitality and creativity, with diminished opportunities to utilise the range of my professional expertise that inspired and energized me.
The perception of marginalisation evoked feelings of unfulfillment and a threat to an otherwise strong self-concept, exacerbating stress and other health concerns.
As the shoots of spring emerged, so did my appreciation of the brevity of this precious gift of life and my responsibility to change course in order to serve people from a posture of peace, proficiency, and enjoyment.
I then decided to take control to craft my own narrative by prioritizing my health, reinstating and activating my core self-identity, and embarking upon a development programme that would position me to explore roles that fulfil the need to align my life with my highest purpose and passion.
I realize that it takes radical responsibility, ownership, and commitment to achieve the things that are important and meaningful in life. Therefore, I am eager to support women to follow the path they want to travel, at a pace that allows them to utilize their best skills and expertise. I believe we can experience freedom and fulfillment when we dare to believe that self-(re)discovery and transformation is possible and we are ready and courageous to take bold steps toward freedom and fulfillment.
